We're excited to announce the arrival of Strength & Conditioning Classes at The Pilates Room, with the addition of Christian Baldia to our team of highly experienced and trained contractors based out of The Pilates Room.
Christian will be based at The Pilates Room on Mondays and Tuesday, holding a combination of Strength & Conditioning Circuit Classes and private 1:1 classes.

- Tuesday 7am - 7:45am Strength & Conditioning Circuit Class
- Tuesday 12:00pm - 12:55pm Strength/Reformer (this class type includes 30 minutes of Strength Training with Christian followed by 30 minutes of Reformer with Morag)

Meet Christian Baldia
Musculoskeletal Rehab Strength Coach Christian has been part of the industry for almost 10 years now. He has vast experience in working with clients alongside clinicians such as physios, osteos, podiatrists and massage therapists after they have been discharged to continue their training to improve their quality of movement through education and professional coaching . His clients are as young as 4 year olds to 90+ yr olds and has helped them master movements that have led them to achieve the desired goal.
