Meet Kat Rogers
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist | Pessary Fitter | Acupuncturist | Functional Strength Trainer | Pilates Instructor
Kat is a registered physiotherapist with post-graduate training in pelvic health.
Kat works with people across all stages of life - from young athletes to parents, through to menopause and beyond - helping them manage and overcome pelvic floor concerns. With the right support, most conditions improve, allowing people to return to the activities and lifestyle they value.
Kat's own haerenga/journey with a pelvic floor injury gives me a unique perspective; she knows how isolating symptoms can feel, but also how empowering it is to find the right treatment. She continues to compete in Hyrox and mountain biking, showing that these challenges don’t have to hold you back.
Beyond the clinic, Kat is committed to raising awareness and sharing knowledge. She has spoken at community events, contributed to podcasts, and mentors other physiotherapists in the pelvic health field. She regularly attends mentoring sessions herself, conferences, and research updates.
Her aim is always to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that restores confidence, function, and quality of life.
A wise soul once told her to leave her patients with a SCAR - let them know they are strong, capable, adaptable and resilient (Credit: Antony Lo).
