We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our standard shipping policies.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please select rural delivery if you’re located rurally.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

International Shipping
We currently don’t offer international shipping. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Pilates Room Cambridge! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original tags attached.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item where possible, or an item of equal value. Please contact us at thepilatesroomcambridge@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
